We’ve been using Graf Insurance for about two years now. Before that, we were with another firm but felt they weren’t paying enough attention to our account or giving us strong advice. We reached out to Graf Insurance, and Mary came over to review our paperwork. She was able to get us a new carrier and helped us secure more coverage for less money. The entire office staff is very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to get the right answers.

Office staff's a bit rude and hard to get calls returned. Been customer for three years, and thankfully have not had to file a claim. This does not strike me as a big organization, so not sure why it's so difficult to talk to someone about basic policy questions. Receptionist is always cutting me off and in a rush to send me into voicemail. Was recommended by my agent, but starting to regret it.

I have known Mary Graf as both a personal friend of my family and as a professional insurance agent for both my parents and myself. In addition to being a fantastic person she is a great agent who is willing to help out with whatever is needed and willing to help explain anything about your policy that you want to know. Would definitely recommend.
