We visited this lovely parlor on a super busy Saturday and received excellent service! Even though Zyaire seemed to be the only employee helping a constant line of guests, she was the definition of grace under pressure. I do hope Graeters adds a tip option to the checkout and sufficient staffing for busy shifts, so that their amazing employees can be properly compensated and take well deserved breaks in the future.
The quality of food is unmatched.
The girl working was amazing! Her colleague had gone on break, she had a line out the door, and had a smile on her face! The ice cream was great quality expected of Graeter’s. I got a sundae and it was delicious. The decor is obviously old and established. They could do well hiring a professional company come in and scrub the tiles and seating. It would look much better. I wouldn’t change a thing. Just a good professional cleaning.
June of 2025 I used to love Graeter's variety of dark chocolate chip flavors. They have tremendously cut back on on their quantities of chocolate chips. Choosing other brands now.
We will not be back. We paid $6.00 for a scoop of ice cream that was delicious but the equivalent of a 1/2 cup of ice cream. Definitely not what we have received from other Graeter's establishments. Very disappointed.
