Visited this Graeters location on 10/12 around 8 PM and came through the drive thru. I was completely disappointed with how I was treated. The employees had nasty attitudes, refused to serve me, and made me feel completely unwelcome for no reason at all. Their behavior came across as rude, dismissive, and racially motivated, which is absolutely unacceptable. It is sad and disappointing to experience that type of treatment in 2025.
