04/12/2025 - First time visiting this Greater’s Ice Cream with family and friends. We went for a late night dessert and it was almost 9 in the evening and it was busy. I ordered a double scoop (strawberry and vanilla) on a waffle comb. As always delicious. This location had a drive thru also. Nice and clean interior with comfortable seating and complimentary decor. Went in to buy an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday and I asked if they could write something on the cake and the young man working very rudely said no. This caused the other two employees working to start laughing like it was a joke. If it wasn’t for my daughter’s birthday I would have left without the cake. Worst customer service.
Graeter's has been my family's go-to for ice cream since I was a kid! Great selection of flavors and generous portions. A bit sad that they got rid of the dairy-free ice cream pints since this was a favorite of my family member who is vegan.
No longer have the dairy free black raspberry or any other dairy free items which is a real bummer since I always had something to look forward to when the kids wanted ice cream. I can still watch them enjoy theirs so it's still a nice place to go.
A $9 sundae looks like this. Either you do better on staff training, or just remove the picture on your menu.
