Terrible service. We cane New Year’s Eve at 9:20 pm. Hours online said 10. There were workers in there and as soon as they saw us come they hurried up and ran to their vehicles laughing. They lost a lifetime customer. Not as good as it used to be anyway
Visited this Graeters location on 10/12 around 8 PM and came through the drive thru. I was completely disappointed with how I was treated. The employees had nasty attitudes, refused to serve me, and made me feel completely unwelcome for no reason at all. Their behavior came across as rude, dismissive, and racially motivated, which is absolutely unacceptable. It is sad and disappointing to experience that type of treatment in 2025.
