I used to really enjoy Graeter’s, but I’m very disappointed now. I ordered two scoops of ice cream in a cup at two different Columbus locations recently, and both times I was left unsatisfied. The first was at the Westerville store, I received ice cream that was soft-serve or milkshake-like, which shouldn’t be the case.
