Excellent icecream 💕 with some amazing flavors 💕
This is my favorite Graeter's location in Cincinnati, because you can hop across the street to lovely Hyde Park Square to enjoy your treat. My favorite flavors are black-raspberry chip and mocha chip — their dark-chocolate "chips" are the size of small candy bars! There's a reason Oprah chose this Queen City-staple as her favorite ice-cream ... it's the best in the world!
Back in the day this made Oprah's list of favorite things, and it makes my granddaughter Julia's list of things to do when she visits Cincinnati, too. Two celebrities can't be wrong, can they? This ice cream is made in the French pot, small batch way. Many varieties to choose from. Black raspberry chocolate chip is one of their best sellers. Sign up for their rewards card and get a free sundae (any type, size, price) on your birthday.
As connoisseurs of the frozen treat types, we were excited to spot this place. After a great dining experience nearby, this was a perfect addition. Traveling about middle America, we'd not seen a ICE CREAM "Parlor" since moving from "LuVuL" long ago. I thought they had disappeared.
