Angela, took great care of us as we were passing through. Introduced us to Graeter's and how the ice cream is made and the toppings and ingredients are selected. Great flavors and texture of ice cream.
One of my favorite Ice cream places. Tried it for the first time, Last year, when I was high school senior having dinner and Ice cream with a high school swim team and loved it.
My recent visit to Graeter’s was disappointing. My mother and I ordered ice cream, and during checkout, the cashier scanned a coupon on our phones for a $1.54 single dip sugar cone. Initially, my mother’s total was $5.70, which dropped to $2.43 after the coupon was applied. However, after we paid, the employee informed us that there had been a mistake and the total was incorrect. This was our second experience at this location and it was great. We were welcomed as we came through the doors which made us feel appreciated (not everywhere does this). We found ourselves pondering the flavor selections and the girls working were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the flavors. We were given samples and all of our questions were answered with a smile. We each got an ice cream cone with two scoops.
