I am absolutely utterly disappointed. How do you replace the best ice cream flavor that was ever served from Graeters with a way to sweet flavor. Please bring back Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan, Bourbon Ball is trash.

Visited Graeter's Jungle Jim's location on Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH, back in October 2022. It's a very convenient outlet, since you don't have to drive around finding a branch anywhere else. There are plenty of branches of Greater's all around in Cincinnati, namely from Downtown, Montgomery, Colerain and even one at CVG or at the International Airport. The staff are always friendly, be sure to double check your order though if you order a specialty item or specific flavor. I always order a Dutch milk chocolate shake, and twice now I’ve had them make it with just vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. The first time I didn’t notice until I was too far away to get it fixed, second time I pulled back around and had to politely inform the person at the window stating I could tell they didn’t use the actual Dutch milk chocolate ice cream to make the shake.
