Visiting Cincinnati and saw this place mentioned online as the go to ice cream place. They weren’t wrong. Great ice cream
I was unaware Jen (I believe was her name) one of the store managers was working in the store during my visit. I was greeted by ALL of the employees working as I made my way through the store. So, top score for friendliness. The store was well stocked and very clean and organized. They store had a good number of customers and the staff was very efficient so there was no wait. i don’t know if you could see it but i had a hair in my milk shake. I also didn’t get greeted in this establishment and the atmosphere was very hostile. I think the gm was named Sindey, she was very unwelcoming and seem to have an attitude.
This place really showed up everywhere on lists of places to be dar Cincinnati so could not skip out. We tried a lot of flavors and horse had to get that famous Black Cherry Chocolate Chip. I'm not usually a fan of ice cream that has fruity flavors or any fruity desserts in general. But oh man, this was unbelievably good.
