I took my kids for ice cream one of ice cream scoop has a hair in I talked to one of employees he said so sorry then nothing just keep scooping the same pint

Traditional ice cream (since 1870) parlour serving a wide range of flavors. We tried a few different ones and the best were the blackberry raspberry chip, the salted caramel chip, and the cookies & cream. Milkshake was very good too. There’s plenty of seating and service is good and fast.
First time in Louisville tried their ice cream. It was great! Went with cozy hot chocolate and black raspberry chip. So many flavors to choose from. Friendly staff! Definitely will go back
