This place has a lot of great options besides ice cream, and the ice cream is surprisingly resistant to melting. Even though it's kind of expensive, it's really worth the money. I'd definitely recommend Graeter's if you want some high-quality and delicious ice cream. Ghost Notes is definitely one of my favorite flavors that I've ever had there, but it was a limited-time flavor, so out of the permanent flavors, I'd probably say the birthday one is my favorite.
8 people working behind the counter and only 2 customers including me. I waited 5 minutes to be helped before I finally asked if I could as invisible or something. I just wanted a refill of my drink with my cup in hand only be told go to the water fountain. The one person even waived customers behind me and would not help me. I spent $50 in ice cream for the family, and I just wanted a simple refill. Do better!
Excellent venue for children's birthday parties!! And the lemonade is refreshing and delicious!
This particular store needs to close. The manager is rude. There are no cakes, doughnuts & the ice cream tastes like freezer burn. Selling 3 day old cakes saying they are just fine. No they are not. Never go there. Even the pre packed cooked are stale.
