Normally I have got great customer service from the 2 stores I frequently visit - Colerain and Winton rd. Today I visited your Montgomery location in Kenwood. Your store is absolutely beautiful however, the customer service was not. I was greeted by the manager almost feeling rushed when I stated I like to look she seemed upset.
