I have been dealing with Graeme Welsh Real Estate since February 2015 and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I initially bought an investment property through them, they then managed the property for 11 years whilst it was rented out. Worst team ever. if youre on the lower rungs of society, the disdain they have for you is palpable. wannabe upper class shills actively destroying peoples hopes at finding a home. if youre a seller its okay, but if youre a tenant you must be scum. the lady i spoke to on the phone couldnt be happier to not help me out. will definitely tell everyone i meet to never use this agency.
