I will be pulling my service from there. I called last week to try to get some help for my pups on fireworks. We have been going there a long time. I tried to call last week but was on hold 15 minutes so had to hang up. I got through today and the lady who answered acted like she didn't want to be there. Love this little hidden gem of a clinic. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. My experience here started with a very sick little family pet, Delila. The staff got her seen quickly and Dr St Peter took great care of her. Thank you to all for helping to get our little Delilah back and feeling good. This little vet hospital is very much appreciated.
I have had to take my baby in d/t a Peacock attack of all things. They did a great job sewing her back up and she was ready to go home on about 3 hours. Since then we have had a few concerns raising to level of a phone call to them and they have been wonderful and quick to respond to my questions and calm my worries.
Horrific, will never go again. Mom dog took parvo home to puppies. 4 died painful deaths. Office negligent, no signs warning pet owners of viruses and diseases lurking in the grounds inand around their office. Office did not feel responsible and would only treat based on what i coukd afford. Sub q fluids do not cost $100 for 2 ounces. Amoxicillian is not very expensive. Gross negigence and lacking compassion. Who cares if the recptionist has only been there 3 weeks. She coukd have had the Vet call me as requested
Terrible, since new ownership and employees the place is only for profit. I took. Y mama dof in to be spayed. I let her use the restroom in the grass outside the clinic as many other dog owners do. Less thAn a week later the puppies were diagnosed with Parvo. When bring the first sick puppy to the vet i was instructed to keep her in the car and check in.
