Booked my vehicle in for an oil and filter change while I was in Griffith. Was told to drop it off for 9am and would be ready for 11am. When I asked for a price was told they could not quote.. my mistake. When I dropped it off I was informed that it would be a bit longer and ready just after lunch. My caravan was having a service at another dealership so able to get both done and get the road early afternoon. John was great. We went to his service centre to check out the the running of the motor in our Ranger. John listened and stated it was running as it should and straight away put my mind at ease. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to.
Haven't been here for some time but it has improved. Sure the used cars are far to expensive for what they are but we are in Griffith so that's expected in this town. Over all quality and workmanship is usually first class and I'm very happy with what we had done in the past.
Very happy with the quick and friendly service provided. Gaymaree was excellent and the job was done effectively.
