I took my car in to two guys Automotive to rotate the tires you Grady’s automotive put on in October of 2019. Your mechanic (Grady’s Automotive)cross threaded the one lug. It cost me $80.00 to have the stud replaced I have the part. Your Father at (Grady’s Automotive )wouldn’t address this issue , when I spoke to him on the phone.You should cover this cost. Obviously Grady’s doesn’t stand behind their work. Diane Richter
