Grady is by far the best strata I have ever delt with, nothing is ever to much trouble, and they are always great to deal with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Amy Shoesmith yesterday and she was amazing with helping with the questions I had. Thanks Grady and especially Amy for such great service.
I have had nothing but bad experiences Have never given an answer into enquiries. Have been waiting on a front door for well over a year now, heaps of emails, some they reply to. Was all approved. Had people measure and quote. Just went nowhere from there. Was told doors are out of stock, the painters have been around twice to paint doors and I haven’t had mine done because a “new one is coming” I guess they do do something tho, I once got a notice taped on my door that I needed to clean up an oil spill in my carpark and whe... read more
