Naiomi is hands down AMAZING! Naiomi Is super responsive & she is an absolute ASSET to Grady! I never have to schedule a follow up to any request. Naiomi will get back to me within minutes. DAMNNNN…Give that girl a raise!!!
Writing this review from the viewpoint of a Property Manager who regularly interacts with Grady Strata (and every other Strata in Canberra) on behalf of clients. Grady is by far, the best Strata Management company in Canberra. Their response time is fast, they genuinely want to help and the customer service is second to none. A big shoutout to Naiomi, who is the Office Manager. She is who you will likely deal with on first contact and she is friendly, efficient and actually wants to help you!
