Great Company. Bradley the owner is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Very Professional. He went above and beyond to answer all questions, and the remediation work was very thorough. Bradley also worked with my insurance. This was huge. I highly recommend Grady Property Restoration for all remediation needs.
Our family experienced a 2 state disaster with Helena. Our son and family live near Asheville, where thankfully their house was spared, but roads and electricity were washed away. They have a 3 year old and they needed to move into our basement apartment. The heavy rain had flooded the apartment bedroom. Bradley, with Grady Property Restoration came, on a Saturday, with huge dehumidifiers, then on Monday, came and cut away the sheetrock , in time for the carpet installers to get the carpet down.
