An office visit always begins a good experience with the front desk personnel. They are polite and accommodating. The wait times, both in the main waiting room, as well as the inner office, is a respectable waiting time; never too long. Dr. Wick is very knowledgeable and will listen to you ask questions and then answer your questions, so that you leave your appointment a little more knowledgeable.
Dr. Wick was very knowledgeable , explained everything and was very careing. Made me feel at ease. Also let me know what to do going forward.
Dr. Wick always greets me with his warm smile and pleasant "how are you today." He truly cares about me and my health. He is synpathetic especially when I mentioned my husband's recent passing. He takes his time to review recent lab results, checks lungs and heart, and asks if I have any questions. He takes his time to answer them. He makes suggestions as to how to improve my health. He is one in a million, and I am blessed he is the doctor taking care of me.
I hope I don’t ever have to switch doctors. Dr. Wick is great and he explains things so well and patiently. I wish all my doctors were that way.
