Listened to them mock and ridicule patients because their tiny office area is right outside everyones door.. pretty rude people. I know humor is needed to get by in a tough field but you all need to reconsider why you joined healthcare... if i heard you, then everyone you were speaking about heard you...
Gave my urine sample to the receptionist like I was told to by the triage and she rolled her eyes and was super rude and grossed out. I think you’re in the wrong field for a career/job.
