The people from the EMC came to install power for a new house. The service was excellent. The worker were professional and very friendly
Last night at 8:30 pm on Father’s Day me and my mom and 2 boys were having car trouble and pulled over and Christian stopped and got out and he put my plastic cover back up that was scrubbing the ground and he was on his way to see his baby and eat supper. He didn’t have to stop or even help us but he did and I greatly appreciate him.
Since moving to this area in 2023, we have had good service from Grady EMC. That all changed when they began running lines for their new fiber optic internet service. The crew doing this installation is beyond unprofessional. They have jumped over our fence to get to our property after being told to leave, lied about being employees of Grady, and finally engaged in some WWE action you can see on this video clip. There's really not much to say. Nothing will be fixed or done. This is just a terrible electric company to do business with. They won't comment or offer to do anything to fix the issues they have. People will continue to pay because they need power and these vultures will keep the bill high to ensure they can send their children on lavish trips and keep their mistresses happy. Non professional workers they don't even know how to count..charged me extra money and tried to disconnect my services..money hungry company!! Georgia power is alot better!
