Miserable service experience upon check-in. The person checking my group in, after acknowledging that other rooms were available, refused to move my room further away from the elevator. He argued with me about it! I made it clear that, especially due to having to get up before 4am for work, it was crucial to be further away from the noisy elevator area. Were on a toad trip, we decided to stay at this hotel, I would say the hotel entrance is kind of weird not attractive at all. But the neighborhood is seems very modern, almost like party place with alot bars 🍻
