Our first time at this hotel and we loved it. Very cool interior design from the lobby to the guest rooms. The only negative with the room was the old shower. Not a lot of water pressure. Service was excellent, from the welcome by the valet to the reception at the front desk from Nick. Coffee from the lobby shop is really good but there can be a bit of a wait. The shop offers a lot and there was only one person working
Hotel itself including the amenities are great. Very unique style! The staff at the front desk, however, were horrendous. Zero friendly interaction from the day shift staff. No smiles and didn't even respond when we spoke to them and asked questions. Clearly they did not want to be there which ruined the experience for us. Very unfortunate.
Beautiful hotel.
Great location in the heart of Annapolis. Nautical themed hotel with amazing beds. Get yourself a terrace room to be able to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee.
