Grady is super professional and accommodating! They are happy to make you as comfy as possible with music and chat, and makes you feel much more like a friend than a 'customer'. You can feel the passion for what they do, and almost makes me sad that my electrolysis treatment is about over. I've been to a handful of other electrolysis places, and none of them have come close to the quality of Gradient, by a longshot.
