One of the girls I spoke to was very rude and she hung up on me when I asked to speak someone to set up another appointment. I looked up their location on Google and it sent me to 9th street. When I called to let them know I was at the wrong place, the girl said "we've been here 8 years". I was already frustrated so there was no need for her to tell me that. Bad experience and it took everything for me to stay calm.
