I was going to leave a brief review expressing our dissatisfaction with services received and leave it at that. Given the reply below I felt the need to elaborate. Our build lasted over 2 years and it began in 2019 so no Covid excuse there. There were many challenges in our build none of which I feel Grade A are qualified to comment on.
