Driving from Rosebery to Strahan on Wednesday afternoon 9 September when a Gradco truck crossed double lines onto road in front of us. We had nowhere to go but into the ditch. Wrecked both lefthand tyres. Truck didn't stop of course and several of the same trucks followed the first truck. Helpful passersby and an eventual tow got us into Strahan that night and replacement tyres next day. When asked about events it seemed everyone knew the trucks and company. Famous for all the wrong reasons by the looks of it.
I have messaged via the web form, sent SMS, and provided feedback via the person I purchased the shipping container from that you delivered. Your driver was late because he got lost, despite having the correct address. He arrived in a clearly unpleasant mood. He refused to put the container where I specified, claiming it wouldn’t fit.
