I recently dealt with Shanelle for a rental and could not be more full of praise. Due to moving interstate I had been finding the process extremely difficult, until working with Shanelle. She was very accommodating and moved the process on quickly. She has communicated at every step of the way, including outside her usual working hours. For which I was grateful.
