The team is amazing. Alison is really quick and competent to resolve all the little bits and bolts. All of our requests were promptly answered

Have a "No Junk Mail" sign on mailbox, yet still get junk mail from the Sales Manager, Blair Mutch. As are the neighbours who also have the same signs. They can't be trusted to read a sign and follow basic instruction, why would I trust them to deal with my property? Coincidentally "Unsolicited contact" appears to have been an issue they've been trying to improve on for at least 6 years based on an older review. "We take our spam policy very seriously" doesn't seem to apply to physical mail.
Shanelle helped me get into an apartment in my dream location! She was so unbelievably helpful and even went above and beyond and showed me the place even though I was late to the viewing, she has been so helpful and forever grateful for her and the team ❤️
