My boyfriend and I went into the store last night and as much as I love the variety of products, I couldn’t get past the fact neither of us were acknowledged one time while we were in the store. We were the only 2 in there and the worker just had her head in the computer the whole time. I’ve been in retail 25 years and actually worked for this store at one time. It takes a second to say hello to someone.
I love this store due to its availability of unique and quality gifts. I do have to say that I share the same feelings as many of the reviewers below. Nobody greeted me when I walked in the store, asked if they could help me, or said anything to me and the store was empty other than myself. Not a good way to do business and this day and age.
Absolutely love our Forever Thommy permanent bracelets. Thank you for hosting this event!
