love this store i moved out of state and was trying to find a good gift only to find out there isnt one near me. it would be great if you could expand to texas !

Beautiful store. Every brand of gift item your heart desires. Staff indifferent at best, almost rude. My friend and I felt like we were an irritation and inconvenience. Love to shop and support local business rather than on the net, but, part of the experience of this is a pleasant and helpful staff. Gracylane needs to assess this important part of doing business.
Beautiful shop. Sadly,I can not say the same about two of the clerks. Absolutely shameful behavior. Treating customers differently,who walked in minutes apart,was appalling. I will NEVER shop here again. And I had just two days prior and had a lovely clerk. But,the two I experienced today.....enough to never go back. Shameful.

This is the best gift store around. I was just there two weeks ago and started some Christmas shopping. They have everything - Brighton, Alex & Ani, Pandora, Nora Fleming, Vera Bradley - not to mention just all kinds of really neat, fun items. My favorite place to shop and Deb the manager is extremely helpful and professional!
I love the store I drove all the way down from Shaker hts to get a specific Alex and Ani bracelt for a gift..I had been in there before but yesterday's experience has made me think twice of come back.one of the workers which I have her name ..was so rude when looking at the bracelets it was like she was mad she was there helping me and when I asked should I hold onto the bracelet I had chose she said no I will take it up to the register and grabbed it from my hand..my daughter looked at me and I said it's ok.I thought about ... read more
