Engaged this company to replace gutters previously damaged by hail. with the exception of two downspouts the work was satisfactory. The downspouts however were equipped with an outlet elbow and a downspout adapter that leaked profusely when it rained. Brought it to the owners attention, received a reply that said he would come out and take a look but have not seen any body to date. Sent a video of the leak as it rained and have had no response.
