This business is super SHADY! We ordered two small 6" walnut spheres for a furniture project. We were charged $10 for shipping upon checkout. After a week of no communication or confirmation I called to check status. I was informed the owner felt I didn't pay enough for shipping on their website and they jammed me up for another $30-$50 in shipping before they would actually send the items. A hidden gem. They carry beautiful unique home goods and offer great design services.
My experience with Elizabeth is mixed. At first I felt welcomed at your facility (shop). But I had a small ($25.00) return and she demanded that I return the article timely, as she wanted to sell it over Christmas. I had to hire a driver for 27 miles (on way) to accommodate Elizabeth.
