Gracious Hearts Home Care provided wonderful support for my 96-year-old great aunt. Their caregivers were timely, patient, interactive, and genuinely helpful. They treated her with compassion and respect, taking the time to engage with her and ensuring she was comfortable and cared for. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness — they made a meaningful difference in her quality of life. Highly recommend!

Gracious Hearts, specifically the Des Moines, WA location, is staffed by genuine angels!! My Mother has dementia and also suffered a stroke 1 1/2 ago which left her bed bound. The amount of detailed, specific care that my Mother receives makes my heart sing. My Mother is a funny, sassy Lady and they keep up with her!! Truly a gracious staff with hearts of gold. Thank you for everything!
Amber has been amazing! My mother suffers from dementia and Amber is so patient and kind with her. Before Gracious Hearts, another company assisted me in caring for my mother. Daily changes in caregivers, missed visits, and missed medication reminders caused me so much stress. I no longer worry because I know she is in excellent hands. I would recommend Gracious Hearts to anyone.
