I hired gracious cleaning for my home that was about to be sold. 4 bed and 3.5 bath, and she did exceptional. She was very professional and attention to details. Her price was reasonable. Service recommended.
I contacted Patricia on a Friday hoping she could find time to squeeze in a move out cleaning got my dad before Monday. She absolutely was able to come, spent over 3 hours cleaning down a place that had been lived in for 15 years and was so kind and gracious. She did a great job on our move out clean. Affordable pricing. After she was done cleaning, she let us know to tell her if we noticed anything. That she would come back and fix it before our walk through with our old landlord! There was nothing missed but I appreciated the customer service! We did have a hiccup with paying afterwards through her online portal but was able to transfer money a different way!

Scheduled a move out clean and the first time, we forgot to tell her the side door was unlocked and not the front door. Apparently she took down my phone # wrong so she couldn’t get ahold of me and left—fine, just a big miscommunication. Rescheduled for that weekend and never showed up. I called three times and left a voicemail and never heard back. Wouldn’t recommend.
