Scheduled a move out clean and the first time, we forgot to tell her the side door was unlocked and not the front door. Apparently she took down my phone # wrong so she couldn’t get ahold of me and left—fine, just a big miscommunication. Rescheduled for that weekend and never showed up. I called three times and left a voicemail and never heard back. Wouldn’t recommend.
They did not show up and would not answe phone!
Called this business for a commercial job, Gracious Cleaning accepted job, then never returned calls or emails. If your not going to do the work, JUST SAY SO!! don't ignore the customer. Shame on you!
I would recommend this company. Their pricing was a great value. We sold our home and moving is very stressful so being able to rely on a service to put the finishing touches on our bathrooms, kitchen, windows and floors was well worth it.
