I’ve known Professor Rick and Coach Christina for 8 years, and I can personally attest to their incredible knowledge, skill, and passion for teaching. Gracie United Winn Parish offers a small town, family friendly environment with truly world class instruction. The great thing about joining this gym is that you have access to all 32 locations in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. 8 of those locations being right here in CENLA.
When I started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Professor Ricky was a blue belt, and I've witnessed him first hand become a world class competitor and top tier instructor, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Coach Christina has also competed at the highest levels, and they both promote a family friendly community and gear every class for students of all levels. Kids and adult classes are available. It will be the best decision you ever made for you family.

Professor Ricky and Coach Christina run a clean, professional, and incredibly welcoming facility that truly feels like family.
