My daughter started training here and we couldn’t be happier. Professor Patrick and coaches are amazing with kids. Patient, encouraging, and they make her feel comfortable on the mats even when she’s super shy. It’s a safe, welcoming environment that’s helping her grow. Gracie Barra Vacaville really feels like family, especially considering my whole family trains there.
Great place to train for the whole family
Despite having zero experience in any martial arts, I’ve had the privilege to attend jiu jitsu classes led by Coach Pat. He was very patient and professional in working with all of his students, regardless of experience, body type, or gender. I learned some basic and helpful self-defense moves & principles in just a few sessions. Also, I really appreciate how he made sure to make everyone feel included, and that the environment remained a safe space for everyone to learn and grow together
