I’ve been to several Jiu Jitsu schools, and this one is ran very well. The gym is clean, the class structure is very intentional and well put together. They were receptive to me reaching out on social media to schedule a visit from Denver. Professor Rodrigo was very welcoming and kind. I will 100% be back next time I’m in the area!

My 4-year-old daughter has been training at Gracie Barra Salt Lake City for about 4 months, and it’s been an amazing experience. The professors and coaches are all incredible. So kind, skilled, and supportive. It’s been wonderful to see her grow in confidence, and she truly loves being there. It’s heartwarming to see how sweetly they treat her. Highly recommend!!!!

My son is 9 years old and has been coming to Gracie Barra for almost 2 months. At first he was a bit timid but now he has confidence in what he is learning and looks forward to class every time we come. Professor Carlos is great with the kids and teaches in a way they understand. Every night we get home after class my son is on cloud 9 and can’t wait to roll around and practice what he learned. If I could do anything different it would only be that we started this journey sooner

Just got back from my first class at Gracie Barra, and let me tell you, I was really anxious going in. But as soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by Abe, who was one of the most humble people I’ve met. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, and I truly felt a sense of camaraderie that I haven’t experienced since leaving the Army. I usually don’t leave reviews, but trust me—if I can force myself to go, you can too, and you’ll be welcomed with open arms.

My home Gracie Barra gym is in West Jordan, though I occasionally attend Saturday classes at the Salt Lake City gym. I have been training Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu for around three years and wish I would have started sooner. I have heard the professors at both the West Jordan Gym and the Salt Lake City Gym say, “The hardest belt to get is the white belt since you need to step into the gym to get it, we hope more people will attend!” From my three years of attendance, here is what you can expect when you show up: • High qualit... read more
