After visiting dozens of martial art schools, I was lucky enough to find Gracie-Barra Pasadena. Coach Hass and Professor David are amazing!! The way the welcome the kids to class makes each one feel special and important to the entire class. Safety is always a big concern, and with Professor David and Coach Hass you can see the attention and care they provide to every student, from those who have just started to those who are more experienced. We are so glad to have found this place. The studio is so clean and welcoming. They have adult and kids’ classes and you can attend unlimited classes. The schedule is great, many classes offered all week. Professor David and Coach Haas are wonderful with kids and are also just really nice people. They’ve helped my child develop confidence as well. They’re very attentive and kind.

I originally trained at Gracie Barra HQ and these guys have given me a great place to continue my journey. The staff and team are incredible. It feels good to be around good people that value each other. I’ve tried 3 other jiu jitsu gyms in the area, but after a single class here I signed up right away. I’m lucky that I found this gym. I’d encourage anyone to come in for a class and see for themselves.

I’m incredibly grateful to have started my Jiu Jitsu journey at Gracie Barra Pasadena. Training in Jiu Jitsu is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and this school has been the perfect place to begin. The Professors and Coaches are exceptionally kind and patient. I’ve had such a great experience training at Gracie Barra Pasadena. Coach Haas and Professor David are not only excellent teachers but also make every class both fun and safe. The entire community here is welcoming, supportive, and always willing to help. Each lesson is structured in a way that challenges you while still building confidence and skills at your own pace.
