We enrolled our 4.5 yo at Gracie Barra and we felt at home from the second we stepped in. Professor Alexandre and his team are absolutely amazing teacher. Our son loves going to class and we love what the school stands for, the atmosphere and approach. Special thanks to Gabriela the program director who has been so welcoming and helpful! Can't wait to take a class myself!
We came to Gracie Barra after some of my kids had been dealing with serious bullying at school including being choked and hit several times. BJJ has completely transformed their lives. It’s helped them build real confidence, discipline, and comfort with physical contact and confrontation. At one point, some older kids tried to bully them again throwing punches to the face and head but they were quickly taken down and controlled with armbars or back takes.
