Great experience; the Professors took great care in explaining not only the techniques but also the underlying principles. Great facilities and all the staff and Professors were very welcoming.
My now 4 year old son started at this place when he was 3 years old and has been thriving. The Professors are excellent, welcoming, accommodating and patient. They teach kids confidence and techniques in a fun and safe way. Professor Karol and Professor Carlos are so great with the kids. I highly recommend this place.

Very welcoming. I tried both the BJJ and the MuayThai class before I signed on with the gym allowing me the opportunity to get a wholesome perspective as to what it had to offer. The staff is always polite, and the professors are very knowledgeable
Lots of fun! Got almost the whole family in there. I'm a white belt and barely know what I'm doing, but having a blast! Also the staff is great with kids. You can see how much they love teaching the little ones when you watch them interact.
