Very welcoming. I tried both the BJJ and the MuayThai class before I signed on with the gym allowing me the opportunity to get a wholesome perspective as to what it had to offer. The staff is always polite, and the professors are very knowledgeable
Lots of fun! Got almost the whole family in there. I'm a white belt and barely know what I'm doing, but having a blast! Also the staff is great with kids. You can see how much they love teaching the little ones when you watch them interact.
Great place! Positive environment that challenges and encourages growth and personal development for kids of all ages and adults. Whether you want to train to learn self defense, physical fitness or train to compete this is a good place for that. Highly recommend.
