Great place to train. They make you feel like family and always welcoming. The professors are patient and full of knowledge.
Great and welcoming atmosphere. By far the best gym to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in San Diego county. The coaches are great at teaching self defense and also competition training. I would recommend this gym if you’re looking for a place to not only learn self defense but get in a challenging workout!
Youth program is great! We started our daughter at 4 years old. She was shy at first bit we didn't want to give up so we encouraged her to keep going. She was scared because she's small and everyone else is taller than her but these awesome children took her under their wings and she's come out of her shell completely. I can see her confidence building every time she attends class. Many thanks to Jackie and her team!
