Professor Cristiano is an excellent instructor — patient, dedicated, and passionate about teaching not only jiu-jitsu techniques but also discipline, respect, and confidence. The school is always clean and well-organized, and the staff makes everyone feel welcome from day one. We’ve seen great progress in our kids, both on and off the mats
By far the best bjj school I have been to. Several black belts are supervising the drills , instructors go over the techniques in detail , schedule covers 7 days a week, the space is massive , great customer service at the FD. This is an structured environment that can lead the practioner to improve quickly. Gracie Barra Aventura please add Muay Thai to your curriculum. 🤙🦾
