I DO NOT recommend Gracie Appliance Services. I'm WORSE OFF now. I called to have the dryer duct reattached and clamped to my Dryer. George arrived and removed the existing duct/tubing and replaced it with the "better" tubing that came with the dryer. It was way, way too long and left my Dryer out in the middle of the room. I could not open the dryer door more than a sliver. His response was "well I can get my hand down inside there to pull out clothes." The tech was very pleasant and wonderful.. He had my dryer apart and fixed in no time. I couldn't believe how quickly it was done. The price was fair and he made it in the time frame that was given that morning. I am a happy customer
