I highly recommend Gracie Appliance. George helped me with my refrigerator not getting cold. Seeing that I was already quite comfortable taking the freezer and refrigerator apart, he told me where I could get the needed part at a lower price and not have to pay him to come back out. Essentially, telling me how to save money and cut himself out of the deal. In other words, George is full of integrity. I will certainly call him again the next time I have an appliance problem.
About 3-1/2 years ago I contacted Gracie Appliance to fix an issue with my refrigerator. George showed up and had to disassemble a portion of the refrigerator to diagnosis the problem. It immediately became apparent he had no idea what he was doing and he in fact broke some of the plastic pieces which held the drawers in place, as he tried to figure out how to get to the problem area. I DO NOT recommend Gracie Appliance Services. I'm WORSE OFF now. I called to have the dryer duct reattached and clamped to my Dryer. George arrived and removed the existing duct/tubing and replaced it with the "better" tubing that came with the dryer. It was way, way too long and left my Dryer out in the middle of the room. I could not open the dryer door more than a sliver. His response was "well I can get my hand down inside there to pull out clothes." The tech was very pleasant and wonderful.. He had my dryer apart and fixed in no time. I couldn't believe how quickly it was done. The price was fair and he made it in the time frame that was given that morning. I am a happy customer
