My relative has been at Gracewood Advanced Assisted Living for several weeks now, and our experience has been very positive. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly flexible and helpful during the move-in process, which made a stressful time so much easier. Gracewood Highland Park is an Amazing place. The Admin Sara and her head Nurse Joy are just wonderful. The rest of the staff is compassionate caring, and treats people like they would treat their own loved ones. They also do a nice job doing the care approach as the team effort and make sure to also follow up questions if there is a question. We are very excited to be at Gracewood. We of course had a few hiccups the first weekend which totally expected. The way the staff, specifically Sara, stepped in, was in constant contact with me and trained the staff on my husbands specific needs and reassured me and my husband that they will take great care of him, and they are.
