I have been coming to Graceville Express Clinic for years and have mostly had a good experience on the walk-in side. However, my recent experience as a new patient on the primary care side under the Nurse Practitioner was deeply unsettling. While other staff were kind, I felt the NP and her assistant were confrontational.
