I have terrible asthma and they always get me in fast. Amanda and the other care team take amazing care of me!
They messed up my paperwork which resulted in a $80 bill that insurance should have covered. I was told to contact the billing department. BD would not answer the phone. I'm sorry, but if someone owes you money, (which there should be none in the first place) you answer the phone. The automated voice thing told me that they were closed. I called at 2:00 on a Wednesday. The automated voice said that they would be open Monday- Friday till 4:30. Just a normal Wednesday, no reason to be closed.
