Just was told by cremation place this vet removed my deceased animals collar & tag without even any discussion or courtesy call with us come collect them. Instead they just throw them on the bin! Disgusting!! A more compassionate & empathic vet wouldn’t do that to a grieving family!! We left them on deliberately to avoid any mix up of who he was during the transporting to the cremation & on going process! Unbelievable! My beautiful cocker spaniel has had some issues with mouth infections and required surgery after antibiotics failed on a couple of occasions. Natasha did extensive surgery to remove the folds and stitched my poor baby back up . After 2 weeks and 2 visits to remove remaining sutures, I can only say how much Gigi’s quality of life has improved and the horrible smell has gone . Thank you to Natasha and the whole team for your caring and great treatment . You are amazing and am eternally grateful
This vet is a lovely practise staffed by angel humans. Could not have asked for better care for our boy.
