When it comes to home building. I think there's only one question. Would you buy them again. For gracepoint it's 100% never. They are just used car sales ppl. They really won't honor anything they say. Simple things like filling in the concrete holes before they place the wood flooring, they don't do. They bait and switch items, your house will not be like the show home. Even the same floor plan is built differently in our neighborhood. Just avoid this company if you want a good solid home.
