Nurses dont ever call you back , and the doctor just completely ignores you, tries to rush you out the door, the dentist was nothing but rude. This place has absolutely no interest in actually helping people they're just there for a paycheck. Front desk people were sweet thou
I was a little scared because of all the bad reviews, but I honestly don't know where they're coming from. I had an amazing experience. I went for medical, not teeth. But Jeffrey at the front desk was amazing. Made me laugh and feel comfortable, even though they were very busy. That alone would make me come back. You can tell they care. But the intake nurse/phlebotomist and Tana were all wonderful! Easy to talk to and I felt like I was being listened to. Absolutely horrible. If you want to schedule an appointment and then wait at least half a year to get in just to be told a couple weeks before said appointment that they're not accepting any new patinets then this is the place for you!
Have fun waiting months on end just for your appointment to be cancelled!!
