This place has no communication within there business. My aunt paid in advance on 7th of April was promised to move a building on 18th of April now they can't get it till 24th. Poor business ethics if you ask me. They didn't even have the curtisy to call and explain why they couldn't be there. They jave beautiful buildings and financing is so easy
Took a little long to come and do repairs sustained prior to purchase however they did get done . I purchased my building during Covid and right after Ida when there were no mini storages and hardly any other kinds of rentals whatsoever. But I found a building at Graceland that was slightly damaged in the storm. I’m the kind of person that would have repaired myself had they given me a discount but they didn’t go got it instead I had to pay full price and make a damaged claim after I received my purchase. Great place to get a shed for tools, or garden stuff. Very friendly staff, helpful office staff, very down to earth and real people. Would recommend them to family members.
