One of your Agents, Bart Cooper, backed into my mothers car 6 months ago. He told mom not to worry that he would take care of it. And that he didnt want to put it on his insurance. Mom tried to contact him several times about the repairs needed. Several times he didnt answer. When he did he told her that it was a bad time and was getting ready for vacation aor the holidays.
