They are the very worst to deal with. They take people's hard earned money after they paid on it for years. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also they make it difficult to reach the corporate office. This company is a Ripoff.
I am not pleased with this company at all, first off in SC the shed has to be 5 feet away from the property line, they should know that, second they were not willing to work with me on the payment after I had a minor stroke, then they have a rinkydink setup for pulling the shed out when I went to a different company for a shed, they had to cut my Camilla tree down, destroyed my yard, and I had to wait 3 weeks for them to come and get it, Im sorry I will never recommend this company.
These people are thieves. They will steal every penny you own. Don’t trust them. These buildings aren’t worth a quarter of what they are selling them for. Sadly I feel for their scheme and lost $1,200 dealing with them. They aren’t a bbb company or even good wholesome people. Don’t work with this company. Beware. I got out before I lost even more money. They are greedy and cunning. Please be careful and aware and choose another company that is credible.
I ordered 4 buildings from Graceland as storage units for a pair of duplexes. The first 2 arrived with no problems. The second 2 arrived with keys that did not match the locks and one unit had a door that would not open and patchy paint. This mean 50% of their product was delivered defective. All of the problems were identified by the delivery driver.
