Bought a used pool that was said to be in great shape by the company. Picked it up and it's rotted and full of holes and cannot use. I have several messages back and forth as he told me it was in great shape and if I had any issues to contact him. I have for two months now and it's excuse after excuse. So I'm disabled on a fixed income just wanted something out side for me and my grandkids to enjoy. Boy that money hurt with no way of being able to buy another one. Graceland proposed that they would like to be given the chance to complete/correct the job (Jan 12,2022 response), however, we have not been contacted by this company as of today. As a result, we had to contract a different pool installer. The new company had to correct several areas of what Graceland Pools had begun; we were told that it was apparent that Graceland Pools and Spa had "cut corners" and the pool was in need of correcting in several areas. I believe that the Kentucky Attorney General needs to intervene.
I made the mistake by not doing better research before hiring this business! Please do your research! I hope I receive the money they owe me, but will probably never see it.
We contracted this company to install an inground pool in September 2021 and were told that the job would be done within three weeks. As of today, December 26, 2021 our yard is a mess and keep listening to excuses as to why the job has not been completed.

On behalf of the owner of Graceland Pools the time frame of completion is inaccurate. Unless one of labourers stated 3 weeks but as a company we give ourselves 90 days weather permitted. On Novemeber1,2021 a issue with pool liner occurred causing new liner to be purchased by Graceland, NOT customer. However during this same timing Graceland was relocating so things did indeed get unorganized and off track. We have intentions to fulfill the contract and finish the job.
