Very bad service here. Got sent here from a-dependable drug testing for a DOT physical. Waited 3 hours to be seen. The dr here knows nothing about DOT physicals.
Dr’s wife works there and is very hard to get along with! Very rude!
If I could give this place a zero, I would! Worst place ever! Appointment was for my 80 year old mother who had to wait over an hour, said they were verifying her health insurance when’s she’s been going there for several years. We ended up walking out. They said we were a walk in when my mom had scheduled the appointment over a week before the appointment. From the rude receptionist to the incompetent doctor. Please beware! Make the 45 minute trip to Uvalde or find another place!!
Waited for over an hour before asking what was taking so long ladies behind the counter were very rude the another hour to be seen. If you have an ill child go elsewhere
